IN THE STRICTEST PRIVACY

2010

« I am wondering. What is a night spent in a hotel room : these flowers near the window, this rough lighting, your state of mind when you lie in the bed and take a careful look at the ceiling. I don't know.

This place is like a shield : your family doesn't know the address, your friends neither. Inside, there is your "true you". Nothing to hide, nothing to be ashamed of.

Actually, my main interest is how the already-there : furniture, interior

decoration but also the invisible can get a wider range brought by a deeply personal vision.

Spending one night in a hotel room is revealing yourself, in the strictest privacy. »

This series of three photographs was presented for the Hotel Paris Rive Gauche photographic competition in 2010.
